Tracy is a seasoned global leader with over 40 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions primarily in the facilities management and corporate real estate markets. A founding member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Private Directors Association, former Director of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the COO Forum, member of the OSCRE Product Board and IFMA.
Strong focus on IWMS, environmental sustainability, ESG, and the workplace experience. Designated an IBM Champion since 2021 and has worked with the IBM MREF (TRIRIGA) product since 2005 as well as Envizi since IBM acquired the company. Certified in Tango E&S (Watchwire), and work with other IWMS and sustainability products including Planon and FM:Systems.
