Phil Wales, the founder and CEO of EBUSINESS STRATEGIES, knows that corporate real estate organizations prosper as they apply leading business practices and technology solutions to their business. Phil grew up in the real estate industry, starting as an architect and then moving into technology and process consulting for corporate real estate organizations that are complex and capital intensive—helping them manage their operations more effectively. His client list is extensive and spans industries, including Starbucks, AT&T, Bank of America, Chevron, ExxonMobil, Nokia, Ford, ConocoPhillips, City of Houston, and the U.S. General Services Administration.

Accumulating more than 35 years of diverse client and industry experiences, numerous industry honors and thought leading expertise, Phil recognizes that successful organizations create high-performance environments that effectively align to overall corporate goals and objectives. He has built a customer-centric company and has an industry-wide reputation for helping people and organizations to transform their businesses.

Phil is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University (Go Aggies!), with a B.S. in Zoology and Bachelor of Environmental Design, and a Master of Architecture.

Those that know him well also attribute much of his success to a uniquely strong commitment to build lasting relationships. It starts, of course, at home. A family-man, he likes traveling with his wife and devotes much of his free time to his wife, kids, and especially, his five granddaughters and one grandson—all “precious.”
