CARLA HINSON, Chief Operating Officer
Carla Hinson is the Chief Operating Officer at EBUSINESS STRATEGIES and is accountable for Service Delivery. Carla brings expertise in corporate & retail real estate, service delivery, project management, business process, and consulting services. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry on both the software/services and client side of IWMS and CAFM projects, Carla has a strong understanding of what is required to drive efficient processes and ensure successful technology implementations. Prior to starting with EBUSINESS STRATEGIES, Carla held various leadership titles at Trimble Navigation Limited and Manhattan Software, Inc. including Global Director Sales & Partner Enablement. She has also spent time at Deloitte and BearingPoint.
Carla began her career performing retail site selection and real estate analysis at Shell Oil. From there she moved to the Shell Corporate Real Estate team where she was responsible for an early IWMS implementation which was successful in gaining transparency of 3rd party managed services, reducing and securing better terms with vendors, and optimizing space utilization. Carla is recognized as an industry thought leader having partnered with a variety of international companies such as AT&T, Ford Motor Company, ConocoPhillips, Morgan Stanley, Apple, Citi, Bank of America, American Express, Eli Lily and others across many business segments including Oil & Gas, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Technology, and Retail. She brings diverse industry and delivery experience and executive leadership to each client engagement.
Carla is a graduate from University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology. During her free time, Carla enjoys reading and making jewelry.
